Help Desk Support

Our client, a boutique Real Estate firm specializing in upscale luxury properties, is currently in search of a Help Desk Support Specialist to join their internal IT Team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling approximately 60-80 tickets per week, with an expectation to manage around 75% independently, while collaborating with the team on various special projects during the remaining time.
This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities will include:
Set up users for various systems and applications.
Handle incoming support phone calls.
Follow up with users to ensure service satisfaction.
Provide support for Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other software packages.
Assist with troubleshooting and support for devices including laptops, desktops, phones, and printers.
Required:
2
years experience in IT support for professional services.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar discipline.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Nice to have:
Project management experience would be advantageous.
Experience in real estate sector a big plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
