o This will be a fully remote position unless the contractor would like to go onsite.
o Working Hours:
Generally, 9-5 M-F, but can be flexible if the contractor wanted to start earlier or later 40hrs / week.
Job Description:
The specialist must be able to prepare and review documents for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies in addition to assisting with technical support and UAT testing.
The specialist will also provide support as needed by performing tasks in monitoring, tracking and processing customer inquiries and invoices towards achieving energy savings.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing Reviewing submitted invoice support documents for accuracy.
Processing program invoices for Clean Heat incentive, Weatherization incentives, and overall program implementation, with a goal of completing all invoice processing within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
Manage customer eligibility checks.
Build and maintain strong communication with various teams to ensure timely processing of invoices, Maintaining, updating and reporting on the invoice tracker Tracking and Processing Invoices in DMTS for Payment Submitting tickets in DMTS as needed to resolve bugs and process invoices Job Type:
