The Personal Assistant will work as right hand to a Founder/CEO.
The dynamic nature of this role requires creative problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
The position encompasses an array of engaging projects across multiple businesses, properties, and lifestyle management.
Role & Responsibilities Organize, manage, and track multiple high-level projects with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and reprioritize as projects evolve Coordinate domestic and international personal/family travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, dining reservations, activities, etc.
Drive and see to completion an ongoing list of property management projects, and maintain communication and relationships with a book of 40
vendors Manage and maintain day to day operations of the office and team -- keep the wheels turning Help to coordinate logistics and schedules for the principal's children and broader family Ad hoc tasks, as needed Qualities & Skills Lifetime learner -- quick on the pick up and capable of seeing around corners; anticipating what is needed in advance Long distance runner -- capable of demonstrating the consistency, endurance and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Hyper-organized -- your persistent systemization is evident in your personal life, as well as your work life Proactive, positive, and personable -- excellent communication skills and an upbeat, can do attitude- willing to take initiative with confidence Growth-mindset -- eager to ask questions, research new topics, and apply learnings skillfully; you approach everyday problems with innovative and creative solutions You know what you don't know; you understand when to take ownership and when to ask for help Discretion, diplomacy, and excellent judgment; high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information Proficient with Outlook, Monday.
