About the Role DGA Security is currently hiring in our Customer Care department.
Our team works with existing customers, providing the highest level of customer service available in our industry.
You will begin your career at DGA Security by going through our extensive training program.
This is a 6 week paid training program.
Our training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM.
Once your training is complete, you will be assigned 5 consecutive work days on an available shift.
(3 Positions Available) - 3:
30 PM to 12:
00 AM Both of these shifts will include Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular schedule.
What you will do Communicate effectively with clients to relay information and collect data Dispatch DGA Security Technicians and Response Agents, as well as emergency services when necessary Update system information and document activity accurately Handle all inbound customer requests in a timely manner Perform additional functions and/or work on special projects that may be assigned at the discretion of management Requirements:
Qualifications 1
year experience in a similar role (Customer Service/Inbound call center preferred) Experience working in database systems (i.
e.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
