Up-to-date Resume 2 legal IDs:
Driver License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs Social Security Card NY State License and Registration Certificates Two reference letters Physical Health exam results taken within the last 6 months with 1-step PPD Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (MMRV) lab works in the last 6 months Hep-B or option to sign our declination form Flu shot or option to sign our declination form Drug Screen in the last 12 months Course Completion Certificate/Diploma BLS/CPR Card Voided Check/ Direct deposit form for payroll Priority Care Staffing offers the following benefits for our new hires:
