Immediate Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Service Experience Value Stream Role SummaryWe are actively seeking a highly motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering technology roadmaps exceeding $10 million annually and a strong understanding of customer service technologies.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer, field service, and agent experience.
The multi-year roadmap is designed to deliver innovative solutions utilizing modern technology stacks, creating exceptional experiences for our stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the train delivery lead and product manager to develop and execute delivery roadmap aligned with Service Experience Value Stream objectives Partner with other leaders within and outside the Value Stream, e.
g.
, product owners, planning leads, RTEs, Tech Leads, and QA leads to ensure transparency of initiatives Ensure transparency in delivery processes and coordinate scrum team dependencies for seamless execution Engage with tech leads to resolve conflicts, guiding teams on effectively identifying and resolving cross-dependencies.
Team up with architects to facilitate discovery, breakdown of tasks for cost-effective sequencing, and cross-tech engagement with the Centers for Enablement (C4E), optimizing solutions while aligning business needs with efficient execution strategies across technology domains.
Facilitate and lead PI Planning event for all agile teams, or periodic release planning for hybrid/waterfall teams Drive delivery of solutions by overseeing multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Implement and enforce Agile methodologies and SAFe framework to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery metrics, and progress against targets to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify potential risks and dependencies across multiple teams and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve cross ART/value stream dependencies, address train-level risks and issues, and guide teams in resolving cross dependencies in complex initiatives Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross-team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution Education / Training Bachelor s degree in business, computer science or a related field of study Certifications in delivery methodologies such as Scaled Agile (i.

0) are a plus Previous Experience More than five years of delivering enterprise-level IT solutions with a focus on stakeholder management.
Extensive background in managing multiple IT delivery work streams through collaboration with Business Leads/Product Managers.
Proficient in SAFe Agile framework, including estimation, scheduling, financial planning, and budgeting, and skilled in facilitating and moderating large-scale workshops/meetings.
Demonstrated accountability for multimillion-dollar project delivery and a successful track record with SAFe Agile methodologies.
Committed to advancing agile practices within the organization.
Additional Skills / Knowledge Highly proficient in independent issue resolution and innovative problem-solving, with strong leadership skills and the ability to proactively manage expectations for project success.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to advance Value Stream roadmap using Agile methodologies, knowledgeable in information management practices, system development life cycle, IT services, and agile/lean methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise-level agile frameworks such as SAFe, excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, and ability to adapt quickly to new business domains and technologies.
