Job Description:
TPM will run the agile pods across Citi. They will address the Backlog of data concerns what is the root cause, and lead the design for solutions and implement those changes. They will pull resources from Finance, Risk, Tech Partners, etc to be involved in the project. They will manage all meetings and ensure progress daily, tracking and documenting progress, managing progress in implementation solutions, manage all reports, scrum master role is here to ensure the identification of root causes, problem-solving, and solutions Delivery - Release - People - Impediment - Dependency - Project Manager Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies Scrum calls (Daily), Sprint planning (Once a Sprint), Retrospect (Once A Sprint) - TPMs to lead Permits:
Lead the Permits for Design, Build and Deploy Lead Jira usage in a Scaled Agile manner Update the PBWMT PTS with weekly RAG status at the Project and Milestone level Highlight any risks and blockers for delivery and create a mitigation plan Maintain the project status in Jira and Slide decks Lead multiple stakeholder calls at the Tower & Workstream level Make people accountable for their deliverables at all stages of delivery Start, maintain, and close the Sprint on time Follow the Citi Agile practices and Unified calendar Work with TAM and keep track of clocking hours by team members Resource balancing Team Harmony Participate in Release activities Help anyone else in this group with any Tasks Involve in architecture discussions and Design and contribute to the solution and challenging the status quo Contribute towards the reduction or elimination of technical Debt Work with finance on budget and forecast Complete grass root understanding of Jira usage at the field level and the process flow Be bold for Citi Agile practice implementation Own Sprint Level metrics - Success Rate (>=90%) & Churn Rate (+/- 5%) Responsible from cradle to grave for the assigned project (PTS#) in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
