We are currently seeking a highly qualified Safety Representative to join our team as an Safety Representative.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety of our team and subcontractors working on projects affiliated with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
Your primary focus will be to enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and collaborate with our subcontractors to maintain a secure working environment.
This is a contract work with the potential of becoming full-time.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a 1-day NYC-Department of Buildings Site SafetyManager (Chapter 33) Orientation / Refresher Course.
Successful completion of the 30 hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Course within the past five years.
At least five (5) years of construction experience, one (1) of which will be safety or safety related experience, and shall be familiar with the work being performed.
Have completed an 8 hour Lead awareness course within the previous two (2) years Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
