Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy individual based in either New York City or The Hamptons.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of personal tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth functioning of both professional and personal affairs.
Candidate must be willing to live in both NYC and the Hamptons.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (if needed) Coordinate household tasks, including overseeing renovations, managing moves, and ensuring the smooth running of the household Assist with personal errands and tasks (i.
e.
grocery shopping, packing, dry cleaning) Act as a liaison between the employer and various third parties, including vendors, contractors, and household staff Drive employer from home in Brooklyn to the Hamptons Assist with coordinating social gatherings
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-net-worth household or executive environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for candidates based in NYC) Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours as needed Job Type:
