years of true Training experience Experience with Virtual training of 25-70 people Need to have experience understanding a system or have learned a new system and have successfully been able to train business people on thatBanking or Financial Services Experience nCino or Salesforce (nCino is priority) - PLUS
Job Description:
This person will be coming in to help train internal employees on the new system nCino that has been implementedLead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partnersRequired
Qualifications:

years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
work experience, training, military experience, or education.
