The Ops Analytics team at Alaska Airlines is looking to hire a Technical Product Manager with previous Analytics and AI/ML experienceThe Product Manager will be leading three projects across ITS, Maintenance, and flight planning/ schedulingThis candidate will have proven leadership and communication experienceThe team utilizes Dataiku in tandem with Databricks to manage, automate, and systemize data using everyday AIThe ideal employee with have experience using these two tools in addition to SQL& TableauDay to Day:
Drive 2024 analytics roadmap with business partners across multiple divisions, as needed Lead and manage BI analysts engaged with divisional projects Maintain relationships and communication with business partners to inform and improve data strategy in these divisions Define, document, and manage Objectives& Key Results (OKR) process for the analytics organization Define analytics (ops, commercial, and data science) OKRs and align with AAG strategic priorities Develop a review and reporting process and cadence for leadership communication Support Analytics Transformation project Contribute to training and documentation of best practices through the transition to the new data platform Engage with analytics leaders and business partners for successful rollout of this effort Offer agile coaching, and improve practices to ensure better discipline within the analytics organization Recommended Skills Artificial Intelligence Aviation Data Analysis Data Science Data Strategy Databricks Apply to this job.
