Now hiring in New York, NY We're seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertiseIf you have a passion for troubleshooting and supporting various tech environments, we want to hear from youInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Desktop/Laptop PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS and Android)Resolve advanced hardware and network connectivity issues with efficiency and precisionTroubleshoot and document resolutions for Google Workspace and Windows Operating System issuesRemotely provision hardware devices and maintain detailed records of service requestsCollaborate with fellow IT Support Technicians, escalating issues when necessaryConduct quality control analysis and adjust performances as neededConfigure and optimize AV setups for high-quality broadcasting and recordingsProvide after-hours and weekend support as requiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of enterprise helpdesk or computer support experience, including knowledge of Audiovisual concepts Familiarity with support portal software and managing incoming service requests Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows PC hardware and software Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and audio issues Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, PC and MAC, Antivirus Software, and Imaging Familiarity with Help Desk Tracking database tools (Freshworks, KACE, Jira, etc.) Advantageous to have understanding of Active Directory, Storage, Systems, and Networking Desktop training certification (Microsoft MCDST or MCITP, CompTIA A+, HDI-DST) preferredAdditional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network Plus, Google IT Support, and Microsoft IT Support are a plus.
