Senior Financial Leader opportunity at long established non-profit/healthcare organizationMust be passionate, mission-driven, and want to make a difference in the community.
The CFO will oversee all accounting and finance functions, including grants, billing, insurance, compliance, etc.
Responsibilities To Include :
Develop and execute financial process/procedure to advance strategic goals for the organization and to ensure compliance with laws/accounting standards.
Monitor all accounting/finance activity and report on any impact to the organization.
Deadline driven and ensure timely and accurate annual operating and capital budgets, grant applications, and financial documentsServe on the Senior Management Team and report to the BOD/Finance & Audit Committee.
Monitor compliance for state and federal audit standards and submit reports as required.
Oversee Billing to ensure timely payment, monitor revenue, and ensure compliance with all organizational, federal and state laws and regulations.
Monitor endowment investment accounts and ensure compliance with contracts, financial agreements, and internal investment/spending policies.
Oversee all tax requirements and ensure timely filing.
Oversee any applicable property agreements and necessary insurance protection to protect the organization, BOD and assets.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree, Accounting/Finance (required)Master's Degree, Accounting/Finance (preferred)8

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
