The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
Manage the flow of traffic in and out of the building, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Operate elevators efficiently and safely, assisting residents and guests as needed.
Handle packages and deliveries, ensuring they reach the intended recipients promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby area and entrance, including removing clutter and organizing furniture.
Assist with resident inquiries, providing information and assistance as required.
Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
Collaborate with building management and other staff members to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for residents and guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with union regulations and procedures (Local 32-BJ preferred).
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/moving moderate weights.
