We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is dependable, likes taking on challenges, and meets deadlines.
Objective:
We are seeking an energetic, innovated, and motivated Medical Receptionist for an established multi-specialty practice.
Our ideal candidate can perform a variety of daily administrative, patient concierge and clerical tasks.
This person should be able to work efficiently to help ensure that our medical practice runs as smoothly as possible so that our patients' needs are adequately met.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, great at multitasking, detailed oriented, and organized.
Job Description:
Creating and managing patient files such as scheduling, confirming, and inquires.
Answer telephones in a timely and courteous manner.
Use our EMR system to access patient's information and record all conversations.
Identify patients' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives in a state of an emergency.
Following communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
Help contribute to team effort by smoothly transitioning into daily roles as needed with standard operating procedures and instructions.
Coordinate with managers/ supervisor to help maintain the receptionist and waiting area.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
