Responsibilities:
Analyzing insurance coverage and providing coverage opinions to clients Drafting motions and pleadings for litigation cases Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents Representing clients in litigation matters related to insurance coverage Advising clients on legal matters related to insurance coverage and litigation Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state of practice 3
