Senior Associate, Financial Resource Management- NYC- Monitor capital & collat for trading purposes daily, incl calc of USD & non-USD cash bal & projs. Perf compl fin analysis & drive initiatives re data coll, buildout of analytical tools & work proc improv & auto. Supp rollout of initiatives re cash & cap mgmt & cash fcst supp crit invstmt strats. Collab on sys impl proj to improv auto of fin analysis & fcst. Verify, analyze & dispute all margin calls & recalls prep by team. Manage debit & cred bal across PBs & custs on daily basis focus on min fin costs, laddering out term funding & working with Fin Strat team to optim fin & invstmt pos. Manage for curr risk for dynamic, multi-prog FX hedge portfolio, incl cash flow hedging, bal sheet hedging & net invstmt hedging. ID curr exposures, dev appr hedge strats & analyze large swaths of fin & recon data. Req's:
Bachelor's or equiv in Fin, Biz Admin, Econ, or rel, plus 2 yrs of exp in pos offered or as Sr Analyst-Invstmt Banking, Asst VP-Cross Asset Sales & Trading, or rel. All req'd exp must have incl:
Exp with cap planning & mgmt of debt issuance, reporting & inv queries. Exp conduct fin analysis & capital modeling for monitoring variances, ID trends, fcst updates & strat initiatives. Exp rsrch new mkts & ind trends, fin mod, returns analysis & co val for potential new invstmts. Exp using Python, SQL & VBA prog lang to query, model & analyze datasets. Exp using ind SW, incl Bloomberg, S&P & FactSet, to conduct macro, ind & fund rsrch. FINRA Series 7, Series 57, Series 63 & Series 79 Licensure. Employer will accept any amt of prof exp with req'd skills. Salary Range:
