Reception and Hospitality Team Manager
Our client, a prestigious Hedge Fund, is seeking a Reception and Hospitality Team Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 7am-7pm (flex within this window) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Supervise 7-8 receptionists and 2 Hospitality Coordinators, ensuring excellent customer service Assign shifts and coordinate coverage for PTO for both teams Ensure Hospitality team is providing best in class service regarding catering, conference room set up, and facilities inspection Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints Conduct training sessions for new employees Provide ongoing support to employees regarding payroll and timekeeping inquiries Handle HR-related matters Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required 5-8
years of experience in a reception, hospitality, or facilities management role Proven experience managing a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Compensation:
Up to $120K-130K base depending on experience
