We are actively recruiting for an associate attorney with 3-5 years of complex transactional experience to join our client's growing renewable energy project development practice in midtown ManhattanOur client is a leading environmental law firm that represents clients in a variety of transactional and litigation matters including environmental impact reviews and permitting, land use, zoning, construction, hazardous substances remediation, project finance and municipal law among many others.The partners are seeking entrepreneurial attorneys who have significant interest in expanding a renewable energy practiceInterested candidates should have experience handling complex transactions for renewable energy projects involving project finance, investment structures, tax equity, real estate and energy lawsWe are seeking attorneys who have familiarity with corporate and commercial transactions and meaningful experience representing and working with lenders, financial institutions, project developers and project sponsors.This is a full-time position in a firm where professional growth is encouraged and achievableBecause of the firm size, you will have the opportunity to work with all of the firm's partners and be part of a collaborative team of associatesThe firm offers a competitive salary, 401k, profit sharing and firm paid benefits in addition to a hybrid work scheduleIf you would like to discuss this opportunity further, feel free to apply below or send a copy of your resume to https:
