Responsibilities:
the day-to-day operations of the Controls Build department.
strategic planning and develops the Controls Build department employees through coaching, training, evaluations, and motivating personnel.
enforce, and maintain Controls Build standards, processes, and procedures.
all resource planning for the department.
Implement contractors and other solutions to support business fluctuations department team timecard review, maintenance, and posting.
project schedule, progress and estimates of labor to complete onboarding, training, mentorship opportunities, and development for new employees.
for overseeing the NYS Apprenticeship program and apprentices in the department for developing lead electrician including expectations and responsibilities internal and external Panel Build improvements or enhancements that might lead to increased revenue or increased customer satisfaction.
interview, and assist in hiring new employees Quarterly department meetings.
directly with other departments and managers to ensure communication and positive interdepartmental results.
vendors and contractor's workload.
with Engineering on improving Controls Build designs.
Requirements:
degree in electrical or related engineering discipline desired.
years' controls engineering experience years of management experience.
