We are currently seeking dedicated IT Support Specialists to join our team, with positions available in both New York, NY, and Miami, FL. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our retail store locations nationwide and our corporate offices. Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing systems and networks, while also providing first-level technical support and guidance to our organization. o Proficiency in computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications. o Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on various systems. o Knowledge of current technological developments/trends. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Ability to provide direction to resolve technological issues. o Retail industry background preferred. o Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. o Reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
o Provide basic problem-solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for department users. o Conduct routine technical assistance and maintenance duties. o Maintain and update record-keeping systems, including documenting projects and user instructions. o Assist with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials. o Perform routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing. o Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations, and related equipment. o Place service calls/orders with established support vendors. o Track work orders/tickets for proper support resolution. o Dispatch/escalate any unresolved support-related issues with the team. o Respond to calls/tickets and complete investigations promptly. o Participate in ad-hoc training as required. o Analyze and recommend ways to improve service efficiency. o Create internal and external procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency. o Participate in project reviews and perform other duties as assigned. o Maintain knowledge currency with respect to technology, equipment, laws, regulations, standards, and systems. o Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
