As an Account Executive on our Toys Ads team, you will report to a Sales Manager and use your 5-7 years' experience selling digital advertising solutions to the Fortune 500 C-Level and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale the category's domestic revenues.
With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the digital world (specifically in the Toys vertical), consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, inclusive of Search, Programmatic, Video and Display - you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.
Key job responsibilitiesEngaging clients and their agencies is a priority, so some travel is required.
In addition, regularly interacting with retail team partners in Seattle is required to ensure that we are collaborating and coordinating our efforts for the benefit of our clients.
Some general knowledge of toys retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Own the quota of your assigned local BoB and manage it in Salesforce.
Build relationships across buying, planning, account and executive teams by establishing expertise to act as a strategic partner, providing insights and relaying relevant guidance to the customer to meet shared objectives.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise and a point of view on industry and/or specific advertising solutions, with deep knowledge of your customer's vision and objectives.
Be a strategic leader who creates future value for Amazon with local agencies, while delivering immediate results.
Determine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long-term solutions that meet shared objectives.
Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems, with solutions tailored for each customer and made as simple as possible.
Assess, develop, and advise managers and/or senior leaders on overall business strategy.
Utilize customer input to drive innovation creating ease of execution for our partners by improving policies, process and products.

Identify mechanisms to evolve and simplify the team's practices while ensuring customer short- and long-term expectations are met.
Work with marketing and product teams to develop local specific strategies and respective narratives for local digital media advertising growth.
Take ownership of the pre and post-sale process ensuring we exceed customer expectations and deliver results.
Travel up to 50%We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
