Job SummaryA global financial services company is seeking an attorney to join their growing team! Qualified candidates will have 1-3
years of experience working either in house in a financial services company or in private practice supporting those types of clients.
This role will work on a broad mix of matters, but be primarily responsible for drafting and negotiating client-facing contracts (prime brokerage, ISDA, repurchase, futures products, etc).
Additionally, this role will work on compliance with various regulatory bodies.
This is a new role on a growing legal team and a great place to continue to develop one's practice.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
