The Role:
As a Founding Engineer, you are responsible for spearheading the development of our AI-driven accounting platform from the ground up.
You excel in architecting intricate systems and crafting solutions that pave the way for the future of financial technology.
Other responsibilities include:
the design, development, and implementation of our AI-driven accounting platform using Python.
closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
scalable, efficient, and maintainable codebase adhering to industry best practices.
innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance procedures.
junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
ownership of project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
in Python with extensive experience in building projects from scratch.
experience working in startup environments, preferably as a founding engineer or early-stage employee.
knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
with AI/machine learning technologies and frameworks is a plus.
communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits:
As a Founding Engineer, you will receive a $200,000-$220,000 base salary.
