Growing full service and fast paced Personal Injury law firm is looking to bring on new team members as the practice expands. Firm represents victims of personal injury cases and is looking for highly detailed/organized paralegals that are looking to progress in their career. Fast paced but relaxed environment that promotes growth, learning and working as a team. Skills:

years experience with plaintiff personal injury files - Experience reviewing and drafting legal documents - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to handle large caseload (150+). - Above average proficiency with Microsoft programs and open to learning new software. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Locations in Long Island City and Bayside. The position is 100% in office.

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Duties:
- Handle plaintiffs injury files from inception to trial- Must be able draft pleadings independently- Must be able to draft Summons and Complaints- Must be able to draft Bill of Particulars- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files- Communicate with clients on case updates- Comfortable working on high caseload- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Recommended Skills Administration Drafting Documents Legal Research Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
