The US Wealth Management business is undergoing significant growth initiatives with a key focus on the development of a remote advice, fiduciary wealth management channel. The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Securities and You Invest, our digital investing platform. The business is highly dynamic given the rapid evolution of customer behavior, presenting both challenges in how we evolve to meet customer needs as well as opportunities in how we serve our customers more efficiently and effectively.As the Chief of Staff for the The National Branch Business Management team, you will optimize business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. Based in New York, the senior Business Management lead will support the CEO & Divisional Directors of National Branch as they build and manage the new business, with duties ranging from ad-hoc analysis to project management. The highly visible role is dynamic and will vary and will be expected to support the business across all aspects of the business touching HR, finance, operations, sales strategy, product & marketing. Responsibilities:
Support the CEO of National Branch, in all aspects of the organization, ranging from management of day-to-day business to the execution of strategic initiativesManage and develop a team of business management professionals to support the growing National Branch business, including the Divisional Directors Act as key contact for the National Branch team and act as a delegate for the head of Field Strategy & Execution, Divisional Directors, and CEO of National Branch Effectively manage the day-to-day business administration (chief of staff function), including partnering with leadership to prepare for business reviews, which includes drafting executive ready decks, meeting management, and change managementEnsure efficient and productive meetings by effectively managing agendas, facilitating discussions, and organizing with the events team as needed including weekly management meetings, large-scale offsites and recognition events Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisSupport the strategic planning process (partnering with Finance) across various initiatives and priorities for the new client channel Project manage and quickly bring functions together to solve complex problems in a timely manner and create business recommendations in support of senior decision making Participate in collaborative initiatives with the field, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesCommunicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next stepsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills6

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
