KBRA (KBRA Holdings, LLC) is seeking a player/coach, Director of User Experience & Design, to lead our UI/UX team as well as hands on contribution across our products & teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional peers to turn a strategic vision into a set of products and features that serve and ensure all users remain at the heart of every design decision.
You will succeed in this role if you are able to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, tell the story behind the process and design, and uphold the values and quality standards in a stakeholder-rich environment.

Responsibilities:
As a Coach Lead and manage team of experienced designers including 1:
1s, professional development, performance reviews, etc.
Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources, accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met, your org is effective, and team members are set up for success by setting clear and measurable goals.
Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders across products to execute on roadmaps, gather requirements, and structure work for multiple product lines.
Plan and structure work across multiple design/product teams.
Bring a user-centered design perspective to discussions around product vision, roadmap, and requirements with Product-level leadership.
Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
As a Player Lead by example, by taking ownership of a product(s), understanding the customer journey, problems to be solved and partnering with Product Managers to design best-in-class applications and features that help our customers solve their problems.
Design through wireframes, visuals, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity.
Contribute to and guide product vision, roadmap, requirements, user pain points and development plans.
Participate in upfront user research to better understand user needs and behaviors, as well as perform usability testing to see how our solutions work for users.
Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
Demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in design thinking to plan and facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with stakeholders.
Bring user-centric perspectives to discussions about product, establish and articulate design strategy and end-to-end product experience.
Deliver improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input and provide guidance and expertise to effectively engage stakeholders on product design to achieve product goals.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
RequirementsRelevant Bachelors or Graduate degreeA minimum of ten (10) or more years in Product Design / ExperienceExperience leading a team and working with senior management.
Financial Services or Fintech background is preferredSalary Range:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $180,000.
Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
