Job DescriptionTalent Management:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates globally.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Employee Engagement and Development:
Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee experience, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
Facilitate ongoing professional development through training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters, including performance improvement plans and career development.
Compensation and
Benefits:
Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure salary and benefits packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Manage annual salary review processes and bonus programs, ensuring fairness and consistency.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all regions of operation.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.
Promote a culture of open communication and conflict resolution within the organization.
HR Strategy and Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies and processes.
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience working in a global or multi-national company, preferably within the professional services industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across different regions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
