General Description:
The Lead Product Analyst will be responsible for product strategy, concept development, and defining initiatives in collaboration with our key stakeholders and partners in the Portfolio Valuation practice, a service line within Financial and Valuation Advisory.
The person in this role will understand business and technical capabilities in the key products and enable product roadmaps for delivering new capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization while performing multiple roles or functions, be comfortable working autonomously, and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products and applications.
The role will be a liaison to software engineering teams as well as support projects, enhancements, and managing the backlog and prioritization of features and capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.
Manage product roadmap in terms of prioritizing initiatives relative to business needs.
Combine business requirements into prioritized backlog items that are then grouped into sprints & releases.
Lead complex analysis, providing guidance and oversight.
Facilitate and create user stories to enable system modification or development.
Identify product and process improvement opportunities by staying involved in product sustainment and addressing customer feedback.
Escalate issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support the business in business, technical, and financial feasibility assessments.
Collaborate with the business to assess third party products and vendor capabilities.
Manage partner expectations, scope, and budget discussions.
Manage the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that they are understood by the project team and met by the delivered solution.
Collaborate with business partners to conduct User Acceptance testing.
Required
Qualifications:

years of product management experience Understanding of Agile practices Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems.
Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and be a team player.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
Previous experience with JIRA, Service Now, Github, or similar tools Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Requirements:
Industry experience in Investment Banking / Finance.
