Controller - Hypergrowth MedTech
DescriptionKforce's client, a hypergrowth Series A MedTech company, is seeking its first Controller/Assistant Controller to report to its CFO.

This job will be 100% remote.
The company's leaders sit in the Northeast, so ability to work ET hours will be helpful.
Duties will include:
The Controller will be leading month end close, financial statement prep, general ledger work Bringing accounting fully in house for the first time Building the department correctly - building a team, proper controls, policies and procedures The Controller will be managing the operational accounting team including A/R, A/P and payrollRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Advanced degree a plus CPA required Experience managing a team is a must Public accounting experience is a plus Technology sector or MedTech industry experience is a plus Experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller is a plusJob TypeDirect HireCompensation120000 - $200000.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
