We are seeking a talented product leader ready to join a high caliber team to grow Blueprint Income.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIESCreate and drive multi-year product strategy and roadmap to ensure that we achieve our short-term goals and long-term vision, with a focus on growth, scalability and customer experience.
As a member of the Blueprint Income leadership team, actively contribute to the overall success and strategy of Blueprint IncomeWork closely with our Operations, Growth and Technology teams to prioritize efforts to evolve our product.
Lead our product development process, from ideation to execution.
Effectively lead and develop a team of product managers, product designers and other professionals.
Define and drive functional accountability for product operations.
Work with external partners in the creation and delivery of joint programs.
Define data and reporting standards for the organizationREQUIREMENTS7
years of product management/product design experience; preferred experience building direct-to-consumer software products and/or financial services.
Proven track record of delivering software projects from initial conception through to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesData-fluent with demonstrated abilities to use data to form coherent business arguments.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-moving team under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Willingness to participate in all levels of product development from to defining high-level, strategic direction to execution.
Experience leading others.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
