About The RoleWe are seeking a Principal AI/ML Data Scientist to join our applied research team.
In your role within the team, you will lead the integration of AI and ML technologies into our solutions.
You will work alongside top-class networking researchers and data scientists to design and prototype novel solutions and help drive the evolution of intelligent networking products.
Collaborating closely with top-tier engineering and product teams, you will then take your pioneering ideas from prototypes to full-scale production.

in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldStrong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning techniquesMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing innovative products using AI/ML technologies in the networking domainExperience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationStatistical and time series analysis expertiseStrong programming skills, especially PythonProficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target.
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
