The Hyphen Sr Engineering Manager demonstrates leadership among the engineering managers and leads the team to design, develop and implement modern full stack applications.
As a leader, you will help deliver great products and mentor other team members in the process.
You will collaborate with other engineering teams, and work autonomously to maintain existing applications and participate in new initiatives.
As a technical leader, you will help develop and identify recommendations to use new technologies within the enterprise and improve the resiliency of our existing services used by our customers.

Hiring Range :
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents):
$135,500 - $207,315All Other Locations (within approved locations):
$115,900 - $177,310As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
In addition to your salary, Healthfirst offers employees a full range of benefits such as, medical, dental and vision coverage, incentive and recognition programs, life insurance, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
