Cultivate and maintain strong ties with banking partners to optimize financial resources and secure favorable credit lines.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Credit Management:
Evaluate and negotiate credit lines with reputable banks to support operational needs.
Monitor credit utilization and manage debt levels to maintain healthy financial ratios.
Coordinate Finance Audits:
Oversee finance audits to ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Statutory Finance Compliance:
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements for financial reporting, including the preparation and submission of financial statements and regulatory filings.
Tax Management:
Direct tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
Identify tax optimization opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Offer financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and present findings to management.
Establish Financial Policies and Controls:
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
Mentor Team:
Guide finance staff to foster professional growth and ensure effective performance.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
MBA, CPA, or CMA certification preferred.
5-10 years of finance or accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Profound understanding of banking operations, credit management, finance audits, statutory finance compliance, and taxation.
Demonstrated success in managing intricate financial processes and delivering precise and punctual financial reports.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging stakeholders and management across all levels.
Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
