As a Business Analyst within our Global Sales Strategy & Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across our global sales organization.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance revenue generation, sales productivity, and overall operational effectiveness.
This role offers the opportunity to work on critical projects with a global impact and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Strategy team and key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects aimed at increasing revenue and sales productivity.
Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics to identify insights and actionable next steps.
Translate data into insights and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Utilize large amounts of structured data to understand customer interactions with product and service offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Measurement, and Product to drive alignment and execution on strategic initiatives.
Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems to improve and scale our business operations.
Skillsets:
4
years of professional experience in strategy & operations, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or tech/media.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated problem-solving experience providing data-driven business insights.
Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms, plus working knowledge of sales systems and tools.
Proficiency in Google Suite, dashboarding experience (preferably with Tableau or similar tools), and SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
Proven ability to drive impact in a complex, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and a strategic focus.
