7 New York, NY New York, NY $28 - $30 an hour $28 - $30 an hour 10 hours ago 10 hours ago 10 hours ago POSTE Louis Vuitton is seeking a Media Coordinator to plan online and offline media as well as lead all aspects of campaign execution and real-time post campaign analyzation in partnership with the Media Manager and local agencies.
The role will own digital display, OOH, print and lighthouse creative production along with media across North and South America.
PROFIL Coordinate digital display, print and OOH media planning with local agencies and ensure all media plans are always up to date.
Cross check all digital display, print, and OOH media plans against overarching budget.
Partner with Media Manager on strategy development and efficient partner/channel mix to meet campaign objectives.
Lead digital display, OOH, print and lightbox campaign creative with LV HQ.
Manage lightbox allocation, production and changeout calendar.
Lead all aspects of digital display asset production with local agencies and publishers, collaborating closely with LV HQ for asset approval.
As a Media Coordinator, you will work closely with e-commerce and merchandising teams to analyze campaign buys for allocations, working with vendors and agencies to ensure digital activity is running efficiently and making optimizations as needed.
In this role, you will closely partner with external agencies, production teams and Shopping center's media teams as well as our internal Merchandising, Communications and Store Planning teams.
You will be responsible for leading and sharing digital display test link previews and secure vital approvals for on time campaign launches.
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for OOH creative production for all placements in conjunction with multiple agencies as well as produce creative allocation by campaign for print insertions.
Additionally, you will compile digital display campaign overviews and reporting by outlining targets, metrics and details per partner.
Finally, you will be sure to review layout, color and copy (key priority for role) prior to production to align with LV HQ guidelines and lead production of weekly newspaper insertions.
We are eager to speak to individuals who have previous print and/or digital experience as well as Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate will be able to clearly communicate timelines and handle projects independently, be very organized and detail oriented to meet multiple deadlines.
You will possess strong work ethic, be an excellent problem solver, have a collaborative spirit and accountability.
INFORMATIONS COMPL MENTAIRES The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $28-$30 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including:

Please note that restrictions may apply to part-time employees The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
