DescriptionHead of TPRM Governance, Risk & ControlsUK - London, France - Paris, USA - Harford or Stamford, India Gurgaon The objective of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) at AXA XL is to establish a set of integrated TPRM capabilities that instils appropriate risk management principles allowing AXA XL to holistically and proactively identify, assess, monitor, and report on AXA XL s third-party risk profile in an efficient and transparent manner to support and protect our business operations, customers and brand.
This position includes the day to day management of outsourcing and third-party risk, ensuring there is a robust policy and internal controls framework in place to achieve compliance with new and existing regulatory and AXA Group requirements across AXA XL operations globally.
Also included are monitoring compliance with policy and expected internal controls, highlighting any outsourcing and third-party risks to the Head of Third Party Risk Management and other governance/risk committees and relevant company/legal entity boards for review, response and/or action, as appropriate.
You will lead a small team of TPRM professionals.
DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?Management of third-party and outsourcing risk, supporting a continuous view on our third party risk landscape across AXA XL; combining specialist expertise in third party and outsourcing regulatory matters, third party risk management controls and practicesManage the interaction with AXA Group functions to understand the specific applicable TPRM/Vendor Risk Framework (VRF) requirements; translate those into short/long term plans to drive maturity level to agreed targets Manage the specific TPRM/VRF requirements, implementations, rules of engagement, maturity level status, metrics and resulting third party risk profile to create reports, dashboards and data visualization outputs for presentation in executive management committess and board level meetings Support ongoing quality assurance within the TPRM/VRF program, requirements and related core systems data, issuing reports and remediation actions/status; ensure the necessary evidences are in place for decisions, risk acceptances, etc Respond to audits, regulatory assessments, market organizations or AXA Group functions Continuously transform TPRM towards relevant industry standards, updated regulatory requirements and available technology tools/practices Engage and influence AXA XL business colleagues and stakeholders to ensure an adequate third-party risk culture is embedded across the business; develop appropriate training material and deliver sessions as determined appropriateDevelop/maintain and monitor key AXA XL outsourcing and third-party risk KPIs/KRIs for discussion at appropriate risk governance committees and relevant company/legal entity boardsCollaborate across the various areas of the business to create and maintain a single third-party registry to support compliance with related AXA Group and regulatory requirements, including intragroup/division arrangementsRun the relevant divisional third-party committees, including setting agendas, defining content, leading discussions and reporting/minutesYou will report to the Head of Third Party Risk Management.

base salary range for this position is $151,500 to $227,500 USD.
AXA XL is a global Company.
The salary range noted above is applicable only for US applicants.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual s skills, experience and location.
