The RoleThe Solution Engineering Director will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products within a set of key accounts, including go-to-market strategy, identifying and removing blockers to sales, and ensuring the success of early adopters.
In this role, you will work closely with Account Partners acting as a market owner and subject matter expert on Crossix data, methodologies, products, and differentiators.
You will participate in mapping out key targets and executing strategic account plans.
You will be expected to effectively communicate the value of specific Crossix products to customers in clear and compelling ways.
You ll work closely with product and marketing establishing a feedback loop to ensure products are positioned effectively and meeting customer expectations.
What You'll DoOwn adoption of the Crossix Suite within a set of key accountsWork closely with Account Partners to map and execute strategic account plansLead go-to-market messaging for new products and featuresForecast product adoption across our customers and prospectsOwn early adopter success for new products.
Includes defining criteria for who should be a target early adopter, messaging the value, and getting feedback from customersSupport delivery teams in best practice utilization of Crossix products and identify barriers to adoptionRequirementsAt least 5 years of successful client-facing consulting and/or strategy experienceAt least 2 years in an analytical roleAt least 2 years in a media-related role, including media planning and/or buying experienceLife Sciences experience requiredEffective communicator, able to write and speak clearly and with confidenceDemonstrated experience managing projects and working effectively across functions and with peersBachelor s degree with strong academic performancePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay:
$160,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
