About the role:
As the Senior Product Manager for Storage at CoreWeave, the leading cloud provider for AI companies worldwide, you will be a vital member of our Product Team, with a specific focus on elevating our high-performance cloud storage offerings, including block storage, filesystem storage, and object storage.
This role demands a strategic blend of insight into AI-driven environments and a deep understanding of storage technologies, positioning you at the forefront of CoreWeave's mission to deliver top-tier cloud solutions for AI and machine learning applications.
In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with the Storage Team, leveraging their technical expertise to innovate and enhance our storage products.
Your role is critical in ensuring that our storage solutions not only integrate seamlessly with the unique demands of AI workloads but also lead the market in performance, reliability, and scalability.
As a key figure within the Product Team, you'll be responsible for developing a product vision and roadmap that aligns with CoreWeave's stature as a premier cloud provider for AI platforms.
Your strategic planning will be informed by an in-depth understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, customer feedback, and market trends.

Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave s storage offerings, ensuring alignment with the company s overall goals and market needs.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the storage domain.
Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
Product Development:
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch storage solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze product performance metrics.

Strong understanding of storage technologies and trends, including block storage, filesystem storage, and object storage.

Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
The base pay for this position ranges from $175,000/year up to $190,000/year.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
