The Industry Specialist position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our multiple products within a PLG (sales assisted) motion or Outbound effort Prospect to new Manufacturing logos, lead discovery/demos, and align on business outcomes - while positioning monday.

years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience3
years of experience selling a SaaS solution to the Manufacturing IndustryYou will possess a business background and domain knowledge in Manufacturing accounts that enables you to drive engagement and interact with business personas at the CxO/VP levelYou understand the concepts of digitization and industrial change in the Manufacturing Industry and have prior success in helping your customers implement impactful change.
Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required.
Partnership experience is a plus!Experience building and leveraging multiple channels to build an industry presence and drive Top of Funnel leads to bottom of funnel ARR (inc Webinars, industry events,etc)Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussionsExtensive customer network with a proven ability to deliver value at senior levels of an organization.

Compensation Range:
$160,000-$180,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes.
In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company s plans and in accordance with Company s policies.
Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate s skills and experience.
Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
For Colorado-based hires only:
Compensation Range:
$150,000-$170,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes.
In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or RSUs based on Company s plans and in accordance with Company s policies.
Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate s skills and experience.
Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
