We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented data specialist to join our team for a NYCHA construction project.
As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, as well as developing and implementing data solutions.

This is a hybrid position based in NYC.
Responsibilities:
-Data/reporting manager who analyses and collects data.
-Crunch numbers and produce graphical reports to measure progress - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics tools, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations - Develop and maintain documentation for data processes - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data management processes Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in analytics tools - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically - Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in datasets - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Job Types:
