Our client is seeking a candidate to fill the role of a Service Owner responsible for overseeing more than 100 front office applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex application environments within the banking sector. 3-7 years of experience in application support, technical helpdesk, or a similar role. Experience in banking or financial services is a must. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with complex front office and middle office applications. Knowledgeable in managing external partnerships and access rights (e.g., Tripartners like Citi Velocity, Deutsche). Technical Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Bloomberg. Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance (SOC1, SOC2). Technical proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus; ability to manage user lists off of Azure AD. Experience with IT Security administration of applications. Key
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management and troubleshooting of over 100 front and middle office applications. Ensuring proper documentation, understanding the latest features and functions, and conducting internal audits. Solving problems related to application functionality and user access, including break-fix scenarios. Assisting with client onboarding into new systems and ensuring seamless integration. Overseeing and managing the security administration of applications to maintain compliance with industry standards. Desirable Additional Skills:
Ability to handle technical support for multiple applications and systems concurrently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
