Senior Legal Billing Specialist
Our client, a well known Law Firm, is currently looking for a Legal Billing Coordinator for a temporary opportunity in Manhattan.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of four years of Billing in a Law Firm setting and a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
3E Software is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities of the Legal Billing Specialist will include:
Analyzing billing materials for compliance with client guidelines, fee agreements, rate discounts, and firm policies Working closely with partners, legal, and support staff to resolve any billing issues and ensure compliance Working with E-Billing Specialists to ensure successful transmission of invoices Performing write-offs and adjustments Qualifications of the Legal Billing Specialist include:
