6 Month Contract (Possible Extension or Hire)W2 Only; no option for C2CJob DescriptionThe role will be part of a core central Program Management Team charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams whilst imparting subject matter expertise and know-how.The candidate must be an individual experienced in project management and with sufficient subject matter expertise to be able to provide meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable.Primary
Responsibilities:
o Transformation / change management / PMO experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issueso Working knowledge of Markets business and products (FICC and Equities) and / or regulatory capitalo Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk managemento Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL, Python, a pluso Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved at or by the appropriate governance forum or levelo Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teamso Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMso Engage senior stakeholders continuously by escalating and resolving issues as they ariseo Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committeeso Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of programsKey Skills Requiredo Experience with FRTB specifically around:
o The Profit and Loss Attribution Testing (PLAT)o Risk Theoretical Profit and Loss (RTPL)o HVaR Backtestingo Experience with trading P&L flowso Strong & proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions are essentialo Has significant experience in Capital Markets Transformationo Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiativeso Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholderso A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performanceo Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectiveso Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organizationo Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capabilityo Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experienceKey Skills preferredo Experience in Market Risk and Regulatory related projectso Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredo Project Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent a strong plus Recommended Skills Analytical Auditing Business Ethics Capital Markets Certified Project Management Professional Change Management Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
