The Director, Partner Development serves as a key point of contact and day-to-day liaison between strategic platform partners and Samba TV.
This position is responsible for managing partner relationships across the AdTech/MarTech landscape with a focus on demand generation and revenue growth of the world s largest social networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), measurement platforms and Agency Trading Desk partners.
Revenue, data usage, and Samba TV awareness are all included within growth objectives for assigned partners.
As part of the Client Success & Strategy team at Samba, you will oversee and be held accountable for the lifetime success and revenue growth of a portfolio of our leading platform accounts.
The ideal candidate has a passion for TV, digital advertising, technology, research and partner growth and development.
This position will report to the Vice President, Global Client Success & Strategy based in the US.
ResponsibilitiesGrow our existing platform partnerships, engaging Samba TV s channel partners (DSPs, Agency Trading Desks, Data Marketplace, Measurement Platforms etc.
) to increase the usage of Samba TV s data solutions and insights Retain and grow new platform partners through product education and training that drives adoption of SambaTV's data and measurement solutionsEvangelize Samba TV s suite of data targeting and measurement solutions to create opportunities that will impact programmatic and measurement revenue growthDevelop deep relationships with our partners - understand their business goals and be a trusted thought leader and advisor to influence and enable partners to apply the Samba TV tools to achieve those goalsAct as a company, product, partner and industry expert for internal team members - providing leadership, guidance and development assistance for all Partner Development Managers Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute quarterly business plans and QBRs with internal and external stakeholders that meet or exceed audience activation and and campaign measurement goalsAccountable for meeting/exceeding client needs, issues management and resolution, and escalation, in close partnership with the Client Success and Solutions Architect teamAbility to independently drive medium to large projects/initiatives from inception through completion Work cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, Data Operations, Marketing, Enablement and other internal teams to communicate customer feedback, providing intel that will help support Partner Development and drive channel revenueDevelop and maintain business health metrics and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholdersQualifications5-7
years experience in developing Strategic Partnerships/Alliances.
Channel partner management experience, ideally with Agency Trading Desks, Data focused companies, DSPs, Measurement platforms is a must.
Domain specific knowledge/experience in digital and/or CTV targeted advertising, audience syndication and monetization.
Proven track record of goal attainment, product adoption and revenue growth.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written - in support of partner sales organizations.
Understanding of audience targeting and measurement capabilities.
Experience with digital measurement solutions and/or a conceptual understanding of cross-platform measurement products is required.
Strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and uses data and market intelligence to develop a roadmap for success.
Excel solving a high volume of complex customer challenges in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and strategies.
Frequent interaction with clients, including managers, directors, and executive leadership.
A strong, consultative approach in helping partners and clients solve marketing challenges.
$230,000 - $270,000 a yearSamba TV expects to offer a base salary between $160,000 - $180,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York City or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
Base salary is just one component of Samba TV s total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
