Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Site Civil EIT/Designer, we'll count on you to:
Design and plan production for general civil on a wide variety of projects, including site layouts, horizontal and vertical control, grading and drainage, paving, site utilities, erosion & sediment control, and associated civil engineering activities
Develop design plans, profiles and details
Assist in the preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
Perform quantity takeoffs
Assist in the preparation of basis of design narratives
Assist in performing stormwater water quality and quantity calculations
Assist in the preparation of specifications and contract documents
Perform assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures
Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related engineering degree.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Aptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications in Civil Engineering such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads, Siteworks is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates who reside locally are preferred.
EIT is preferred. Candidates who are hired without EIT certification will be hired with the title of Civil Designer and will be expected to obtain certification for career progression
Previous experience in general civil engineering preferred
Experience with stormwater design modeling programs such as HydroCAD, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, Hecras, etc., is preferred

Typical starting pay range for this position is $62,563 - $89,375 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
