The right candidate will be an individual who enjoys problem-solving and creating systems and operations that facilitate positive and impactful resultsMust be extremely resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities will include coordinating a complex schedule, directing communication and information flow to/from the principal, conducting thorough research on a diverse array of topics and synthesizing findings into recommendations, collaborating with team members to support the principal's needs, and providing comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy calendar.

Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Principal and Family Office Chief of Staff Working as part of a team of Executive Assistants Responsible for organizing and managing a heavy travel and meeting calendar with a complex schedule of personal matters.
Conducting proprietary research pertaining to the organization's programming as needed Office administrative tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the principal Assisting with managing personal expenses, including reconciling credit cards & preparing expense reports as needed Assist with guest events and planning personal meetings, dinners, social gatherings, philanthropy, etc.
Personal shopping, executing special requests, running errands, and related duties as needed Booking flights, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing detailed itineraries.
Drafting email and mail correspondence Communicate and coordinate with other staff, vendors, contractors, etcas needed Providing a vast of support in research and compiling information and ideas to present to the principal.
Always coming up with solutions Education Requirements:
4-year degree from a top-ranked College or University High graduating GPA Verifiable ACT or SAT scores Other Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience providing Executive or Personal support to prominent individuals Excellent references from both current and previous employers Prioritize executive tasks and multi-task effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX; must be very tech-savvy Experience planning, managing, and executing events and gatherings Professional mindset and the utmost discretion Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Flexibility with hours and schedule; available to work overtime as needed Valid US work authorization SOCIETY STAFFING379 West Broadway, 2nd FloorNew York, NY 10012Agency DCA License #2008231 646.
