36 hours of work each week. Monday - Friday:
4 pm - 12 am. Saturday & Sunday:
8 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - 1 am. Due to the late working hours, the employer can provide private transportation through a car service or their private driver at the end of each work day.

A private family seeks to hire a highly intelligent, experienced, and detail-oriented Family / Personal Assistant to support and manage the day-to-day operations of their private household during late evenings and weekend hours. To succeed in this role, one should be well-organized, flexible, thorough, and able to act with limited guidance. Reports directly to the principals Work alongside another Family/Personal Assistant and other household staff members (Housekeeping team) Provide general administrative support to the family and guests between the Upper West Side Residence and the lower Westchester County Residence. Coordinate a complex family and household schedule Manage the Principal's daily calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Coordinate with the drivers and prepare detailed itineraries for the principals Oversee the log of any maintenance providers or deliveries at the residence Proactively identify issues in the residence and attend to them:
identifying any areas that need repair, or maintenance. Keeping record of all household inventory, and stocking fridges and pantries with adequate food, beverages, and any other supplies. Help prepare light meals or snacks for the principals or guests Help organize any areas in the home that require upkeep (light cleaning and organizing) Research as needed for various projects, events, trips, and purchases Mail pick-up and sorting, as well as occasional packing, shipping, and tracking of various items Maintain an archive of contracts for work performed at properties Coordinate and complete various errands, source and order specialty items Work on any special projects as directed by the principal Job Requirements:
