Transactional Billing Product Specialist

JOB SUMMARY The Transactional Billing Product Specialist leads Cash Management's monthly billing process.
Coach Billing Associate on assigned tasks and projects.
Assists with responding to internal/external audit requests on customer billing.
Enhances control environment, identify key pain points, and partner with internal teams, including Vendor Risk Management, on related initiatives.
Reviews and utilizes cycle cutoffs and related information to maximize efficiency in the flow of processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Administers invoices in accordance with vendor contracts and agreements while managing pricing changes with escalations, as required.
Maintains the specific details of particular billing arrangements between the bank and its contracted vendors.
Proactively communicate with Cash Management Sales and vendors to provide solutions to billing issues or requests that are urgent in nature.
Processes both regular and ad-hoc billing files as required, and assemble data for periodic special or tailored reports.
Assists internal stakeholders in all billing and investigations.
Works closely with members of Accounts Payable on vendor payments and research.
Partners with Analysis Team on statement rendering process and quick resolution of billing discrepancies.
Plans and establishes work priorities and processes, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Identifies process improvements and partner with other departments to enhance the billing process efficiency.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Required
Qualifications:
Education level required:
College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent).
Minimum experience required:
1
Years related experience Retail Banking, Commercial Banking or Private Banking knowledge.
1
Years of billing and invoicing experience in any industry.
Pivot Tables and Lookups are required.
