Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole SummaryThe Associate Director, Medical Affairs will have an opportunity to work across an exciting gene therapy portfolio in the cardiac and CNS space. This individual will be responsible for contributing to important efforts in scientific communications, including publications, conference planning, external stakeholder engagement, and medical information and education. This individual will report to the Medical Affairs and Patient Advocacy Lead.In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to develop leadership skills and make significant impact to establish the Medical Affairs function at a growing company. Specifics of any in-office expectations can be discussed with manager.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead conference planning of high-impact scientific meetings, including coordination of scientific coverage, onsite meetings, and post-con debriefsFacilitate execution of external engagement strategy to identify and appropriately engage with key stakeholders (key opinion leaders, medical societies)Support key relationships with advocacy groups and patient/caregiver-focused events and programsRespond to medical information questions that scientific meetings, conferences, and patient outreach events as Lexeo medical representativeLead or contribute to medical initiatives that drive/support patient identification efforts for clinical trials and broader clinical development planningFacilitate planning of scientific abstracts and other publications in alignment with scientific communication strategyContribute to development of medical content, such as standardized response documents, slide decks, externally-facing educational material, etc. for clinician and patient audience and disseminate content via multi-channel approach Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute medical and patient advisory boardsCoordinate and contribute to review of externally-facing content with internal cross-functional stakeholders (medical-legal-regulatory review)Develop and implement disease state and clinical program onboarding plan for cross-functional team membersRequired Skills & QualificationsAdvanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD) or equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of Medical Affairs or relevant clinical experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Clear, proactive, and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn, adapt and work effectively with different cross-functional program teamsAnticipated SalaryDepending on qualifications and overall experience, base salary is likely to $165,000-$210,000 per year.Lexeo Therapeutics is an EEO employer committed to an exciting, diverse, and enriching work environment.Powered by JazzHRUxsWzvx75W

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
